Sophie Cumberland capped off her terrific 2025-26 swim season with a great race in the 100 freestyle at the state meet. Cumberland went out hard on opening lap and finished just off her personal best with a time of 56.54. Sophie’s trip to Indy marks the 8th year out of the last 9 that the Manchester girls team has been represented at the state meet. Just a sophomore, Sophie hopes to build on the experience and have an even stronger 2026-27 season.
