Lady Squires Show Offensive Firepower vs. Bremen The Manchester Lady Squires got off to a strong start on Saturday against Bremen, jumping ahead early and showcasing their depth at the plate. Despite the fast start, the Lady Squires weren’t able to hold on late, falling 13–8 in a hard‑fought contest. Manchester’s offense was active all game, finishing with 12 hits. Sautter led the way with a perfect 3‑for‑3 performance, including a double and two singles, consistently setting the tone offensively. The Lady Squires struck first, scoring three runs in the opening inning as West doubled down the left-field line, followed by RBI singles from Renz and Betten. Manchester added another run in the second inning when Renz delivered a double to center field, continuing the early momentum. Production came from throughout the lineup, with Jarrett and Renz each driving in two runs to anchor the offense. In the circle, Betten provided a solid start, giving Manchester five steady innings and keeping the team in position throughout the game.
