🥎 Lady Squires Pick Up Conference Win Over Wabash The Manchester Lady Squires earned a strong 5–1 victory over Wabash on Monday, using timely hitting and a dominant effort in the circle to secure the win. After Wabash scored first in the third inning, Manchester quickly answered. The Lady Squires took control in the bottom of the third when Sautter delivered an RBI single, followed by a two-run double from Egolf to put Manchester firmly in front. Betten was outstanding for Manchester, earning the win by allowing just one unearned run on three hits over seven innings while striking out five. The defense backed her up throughout the game, limiting scoring opportunities and keeping the momentum on Manchester’s side. Offensively, Egolf led the way, driving in two runs and going 2‑for‑3 at the plate. Sautter also collected two hits, as the Lady Squires continued to show balance throughout the lineup. Manchester will look to keep things rolling as they travel to Rochester for their next matchup on Wednesday.
