The Manchester Squires won the first ever Wawasee Green and Gold Relays besting host Wawasee, Elkhart Christian, and Lakeland Christian. This meet was 'mixed' gender meaning that each event included two males and two females. Placing first for the Squires: 4x100 team of Eli Metzger, Carson Heath, Ava Simcoe, Raime Vawter 4x200 team of Metzger, Aaron Reid, Simcoe, Vawter Shuttle hurdle relay team Amara Everage, Peyton Ream, Holden Poston, Heath High Jump team (all Squire athletes placed first and second) Heath, Korbin Presl, Kaylee Fetters, Sophie Cumberland Long Jump team of Presl, Reid, Emersyn Sarber, Cumberland 2nd place finishers included the 4x400 team of Jocelyn Young, Fetters, Heath, Poston 3rd place finishers include the shot put team of Dyllin Gwynn (pr), Lesli Saucedo (pr), Avery Akins, Caden Young. Discus team of Young, Jace Garber, Cora Brown, Bronwyn Harris 4x800 team of Oliver Fitzpatrick, Sam Shock, Lauryn Reichenbach, Jet Thomas 4x1600 team of Fitzpatrick, Sarber, Rachel Eberly (pr), Gabe Selleck It was a fun and interesting morning!
