The Squire Mens Track team grabbed 5 sectional titles and earned a third place finish behind Culver Academies and Northwood. The Squires worked hard to score in 12 out of 16 events and advanced 8 events with 8 athletes moving on to Regionals. Sectional Champions include 3 time champion Carson Heath in the 110 hurdles (14.65), 3 time champion Eli Metzger in the 300 m hurdles (38.92*), 4x100 team of Metzger, Johnny Miller, Holden Poston, Heath at 43.76*, 4x400 m team of Metzger, Poston, Clark Showalter, Heath (3:28.16), and Korbin Presl in the high jump at 6'2. Also moving on include Oliver Fitzpatrick who was 2nd in both the 1600 m (4:38.4*) and in the 3200 m (10:26), Poston who placed 2nd behind Metzger in the 300 m hurdles in a 1-2 punch (39.28*), Heath in the high jump at 6' (also a 1-2 punch), Poston in the 110 hurdles at 15.46, and Caden Young also 2nd in the disc with a 136'4 (without his cowboy boots on).
