Manchester Jr-Sr High School

Manchester hosted Argos in a tough non-conference matchup, with the Lady Squires battling hard from start to finish. Manchester struck first as Aeryn Klose found the back of the net on a solo goal to give the Squires an early 1-0 advantage. Argos responded, but Manchester continued to compete across the field, fighting for every 50/50 ball and working hard defensively to limit scoring opportunities. The Lady Squires created several promising offensive runs and put together some threatening attacks throughout the match, but they were unable to find the back of the net again. Despite the final 4-1 loss, the score did not reflect the effort and determination Manchester showed throughout the night. The ladies continued to battle until the final whistle, competing hard, defending together, and showing great effort on both sides of the ball. It was another tough test for the Squires and an opportunity to continue growing as they move forward in the season.
