The Squires came into Sectionals seeded third, hoping to qualify out as a team for the first time in 8 years. Unfortunately, we simply didn't have out A games today, and had to settle for a 6th place finish. Piper Spangle led the team with a 98, followed by Clare D'Andrea with a 106. Ava Simcoe shot her personal best with a 107, Addison Reid had a 109, and Audra Tobias shot a 127. The girls had a great season and have a lot to be proud of. We posted a resounding winning record, but more importantly, coaches regularly told me our girls were some of their favorites to play against. They were consistently praised for their personalities and sportsmanship, and they made everyone feel welcome on the course. They excelled in all the important ways, and I am proud to be their coach.
