The Varsity and JV Squire volleyball teams picked up wins in straight sets against the visiting Braves for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian. The Varsity won with scores of 25-17, 25-22, and 25-15. The JV won 25-16, 25-16. The Squires were led offensively by Lacy Trump with 11 kills in 2 sets played. Izzy Renz was close behind with 10 kills herself, followed by Ava Felgar with 7, Myla Crozier with 5, Ella Peden with 4, and Mya Metzger with 3. Felgar also had 3 blocks on the night. The scrappy back row defense worked hard to keep the ball off the floor all night. Hadley West led the team with 23 digs, followed by Izzy Renz (19), Marysa Stroud (17), Peyton Ream (15), and Myla Crozier (14). Peyton Ream had 20 assists on the night with Sophie Cumberland picking up 13.
